Beth joined Next Level Performance Group in 2010 as a trainer and coach. She brings more than 25 years of sales, sales management, and consulting experience to the Next Level delivery team and to our clients. Her agility to move between dynamic presenter, interactive facilitator and individual coach has clients requesting her by name.

Beth delivers leadership and sales training programs to corporate and not-for-profit clients. Her diverse corporate experience includes facilitation and coaching assignments with companies such as SunGard, Fisher Healthcare, Ameriprise Financial, Sapient, Wyeth, AmerisourceBergen Drug Corp., HighMark Insurance, T.Rowe Price, Brown-Forman, and American Express.

Beth’s passion lies squarely in the field of selling skills development, although her comfort with content reaches more broadly. She regularly designs and delivers skills-based programs that help managers at all levels coach their people to achieve results. In addition, Beth has coached numerous senior managers one-to-one to ensure leadership best practices are implemented and modeled throughout their organizations. In the Next Level spirit of helping our clients “fish for themselves,” she also facilitates train-the-trainer processes on a variety of content areas including presentation skills and selling skills.

Here are a few of the content areas Beth delivers regularly: Leadership for New Leaders; Building Trust Through Coaching; Consultative Selling Skills; Strategic Prospecting; Territory Selling Strategies; Planning for Key and Premier Accounts; Sales Negotiations; Presentation Skills; and Coaching for Results. Beth earned a Certificate of Advanced Coaching from Results Coaching Systems. Currently, she is enrolled in a program to receive a Certificate in the Foundation of Neuroleadership from the Neuroleadership Institute. She is an International Coaching Federation certified coach.

In the nonprofit sector, Beth has worked with more than 300 organizations as an advisor and facilitator helping them to implement and sustain systems for identifying and strengthening their base of donors.

Beth is a native of Charlotte, North Carolina and earned a B.A. in Art History at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.  As an avid cyclist, skier, ice climber, and hiker Beth is committed to excellence and adventure in her personal life.  Beth has completed five Outward Bound expeditions, which included climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro and hiking in New Zealand. Her cycling and hiking have taken her to Europe, Bhutan, Ladakh and Nepal.  Beth lives in Ridgway, Colorado.
