Kathleen Jacques has been a Senior Trainer and Consultant with Next Level Performance Group since 2000. She has worked in the field of human and organizational development for over 17 years and brings a rare blend of assessment, design, facilitation and consulting skills to Next Level clients. Kathleen has extensive executive development and team development training experience with a variety of American and International assignments. Some of her  clients include:  Microsoft, American Express, UBS, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, and DHL Worldwide.

Prior to becoming an external trainer and consultant, Kathleen worked for 10 years in the Human Resource and Development Group at UNUM. She empathically applies her experience of having worked inside a large corporation to clients who often wonder whether external consultants and coaches can understand their challenges of navigating the political and financial challenges of many large organizations.

Kathleen is a certified facilitator in various executive, leadership and team skill-building programs. She is certified to use the DISC™ work-style inventory. She is a certified instructor for Development Dimensions International (DDI). She has earned the role of Master Trainer and Coach for the Management Research Group and is certified to deliver their Leadership Effectiveness Analysis™ 360 degree multi-responder instrument. She has presented at several professional conferences.

Kathleen is married with three children. She and her husband, Keith, live in a small coastal town outside of Portland, Maine. They enjoy skiing, sailing, and the inevitable craziness that teenage children bring. She has a contagious sense of humor and, if you are lucky enough to work with her, you can count on some high jinks to occur-usually at someone else’s expense.
