Reid brings over ten years of team, organization, and individual leadership development experience to the Next Level Performance Group. Reid’s expertise and passion lies in engaging clients through dynamic learning experiences helping leaders develop in areas of organizational performance and culture, team leadership and management, coaching, and performance management. Through these experiences clients explore and expand their self-awareness as leaders, putting into practice and developing their leadership style.

Reid is a certified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI) practitioner and 4MAT for Business program designer.

Reid earned his B.S. in Environmental Policy from Michigan State University and a M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology.

Reid owes much to his leadership learning and teaching to the Boy Scouts of America, teaching high school math and science, instructing and course directing for the Colorado Outward Bound School, and guiding many clients through and around the mountains of the western U.S. Reid’s most recent professional roles include owner of Five Ten Consulting a leadership and organizational development firm.  Previously, Reid was a Senior Associate with Action Learning Associates and adjunct faculty at the Center for Creative Leadership,

Reid, his wife JJ, and twin daughters, Tessa and Lucia, live in Evergreen, Colorado. There they enjoy the beauty and serenity of the mountains. Reid is an advisor and founding member to the Crested Butte Avalanche Center, a non-profit with the sole purpose of providing valuable weather and avalanche information to the community and neighboring towns.  Some of Reid’s life passions include skiing powder snow, rock climbing, mountain biking, surfing, and playing guitar.
