  • Concierge Coaching—Unlimited coaching for one year $16,000

 What makes this service unique?

  • Unlimited access to a professional coach. This service provides all the benefits of our traditional leadership coaching with the advantage of a fixed professional fee. The annual professional fee remains the same whether you use three hours or 12+ hours per month.

 Targeted Outcomes:

  • Specific outcomes are determined by the coachee-client.   Generally, coachees tell us where they want the engagement to live on the continuum below.  If you choose an engagement that is more to the right, then we will identify specific behavioral or competency outcomes.

 Synopsis:

  • The phrases Leadership Coaching and Executive Coaching are often used interchangeably.  We use Leadership Coaching to denote an engagement where the coachee wants to develop one or more leadership competencies in a one-to-one setting. After the specifics of the engagement are established, our coaches use phone calls or video calls.  Our coaches provide written feedback and feedforward following a 1:1 interaction. Unlike our standard 1:1 Leadership Coaching, in-person meetings are not included in the Concierge option.  If a client would like to add in-person meetings, we would invoice for these meetings separately.

 Frequency of coaching:

  • Unlimited. We guarantee that you will have a coaching call with our coach within 72 hours of requesting it.  The coaching call may occur outside of normal business hours if your schedule requires. I cap the number of concierge clients to guarantee open time on the calendar.

 This service is most relevant for:

  • Any leader new to a role looking to accelerate their success—and avoid inadvertent pitfalls.
  • Director-level and higher leaders who have recently learned about a strength they want to deepen, or a gap that they want to close.
  • A leader who wants the guarantee of a 72-hour (or less) lead time between requesting a call and having the call. 
  • A leader who knows their coaching needs may fluctuate widely and prefers a predictable, simple invoicing schedule—in contrast to paying for coaching time used.

Estimated professional fees:

  • $16,000 for 12 months. Clients are invoiced $4,000 at the beginning of each 3-month cycle. Choose the ‘Concierge’ option if you anticipate having 3 or more coaching calls per month. 
  • Leadership coaching is an investment. Wouldn’t it be helpful if you could test-drive our coaching services before making a decision? We offer prospective clients two, 75-minute coaching sessions with no professional fees. This “try before you buy” process helps clients experience our coaching style and methods. It is a low-risk way to determine if we are a good fit for one another and, ultimately, whether you want to start a coaching engagement with us.
